How Do I Pay?

It is Easy!

Upon Joining our community here at Turf Tech, you will be sent an email invitation from our team, including login information to our client portal! We also provide payment services during office hours over the phone or by approved checks.

In 2023, our company will move to a charge-after-service or contracted pricing model. For those on a pay-after-service model, customers will place cards on file for instant payments, creating an easy no hassle payment solution for our customers. For contracted services, each customer residential or commercial will continue to receive monthly invoices for services. 

Office Hours?

Monday-Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: Closed 

Field Hours?

*Hours of operation for landscaping, mowing, and junk removal crews. During the growing season crews may work as early as 7 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. to meet our customer demands. Our Snow Management Team works 24/7 throughout snow and ice events unless the weather presents unsafe conditions for employees to work through. Rain/Equipment Delays?

When rain or equipment delays occur, the first scheduled job missed will be the first job to be completed after the delay. The schedule will be followed one after another until the schedule is caught up to date. Any one-time mowings will be canceled. Landscaping jobs will be rescheduled. Recurring and contracted customer jobs will be completed first.
